Help us build our KASBO Knowledge Center and library.

We are offering a $25 Fall Conference discount with the submission and acceptance of a best practice or sample RFP.

Do you have an original best practice that you have developed for your district and would like to share with your colleagues?  Your submission must be current information and created by you.  Submissions may be made to [email protected] and must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your conference registration.  This will allow for vetting of the document and allow time for the code to be sent to you prior to your registration.

Submissions may include processes, procedures, documents or presentations on how to perform duties associated with HR, Payroll, AP or Director positions.

Submissions will be reviewed and, upon acceptance, will be added to our knowledge center for use by our members.  You will be credited as the creator of the submission.  You may be contacted to convert you document to a format that allows for upload to the system.

Our goal is to support the membership across the state with information sharing, so each person does not have to spend time reinventing the wheel in their respective positions.  We plan to have the following categories; Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Bid documents (banking, copiers, etc) and Finance Officer.

For the Fall 2026 conference a discount code will be given to the first 25 submissions.  We will continue to grow our library with each subsequent conference.
