KASBO Conference and Program Attendees
Numerous conferences and training events are offered throughout the program year, each with its own faithful audience followers. You will have the ability to engage with school business officials, and finance teams focused on accounting, payroll, HR and many other areas.

2026 Fall Conference Sponsorships | Oct 27-28 | Lexington

Strategic Sponsor - an undesignated cash payment directly to KASBO of $25,000 - is the highest level of sponsorship available with KASBO and includes promotion at one of the following: KASBO Academy, regional finance training, conference attendee luncheon as co-host or keynote speaker.  Benefits are for a 12-month period from July 1 to June 30.   If more than 1 Strategic Sponsor, preference will be given to vendor based on number of years as a strategic sponsor.

  • Complementary annual KASBO membership includes access to member directory and online resources.
  • Sole sponsor for one of the training programs and direct contact and interaction with registered attendees or Host of the Spring or Fall Attendee luncheon or keynote speaker.
  • Logo included on all training materials and registration information
  • Dedicated time for presentation by sponsor during the scheduled training and/or dedicated speaking time at a General Session/luncheon during Fall and Spring Conference. (5-10 Minutes)
  • Infomercial produced by sponsor and placed on our website
  • Advertising email sent to all KY Finance Officers twice per year with sponsor-created information and link to video.
  • Recognition at opening session of Fall and Spring Conferences
  • Prime double booth space at the Fall and Spring Conferences
  • Complimentary registration for up to 10 of your representatives. This includes conference lunch and evening activity for both the Fall and Spring conferences.
  • Speed Networking Blitz at the Fall Conference: four tables for team members to participate in the networking activity.
  • Host 5 reserved lunch tables at Spring Conference providing the opportunity to dine with attendees.  You may decorate your tables and distribute materials and gift bags.  Tables generally seat 8

  • Sponsor-provided handouts may be given to attendees as they are entering General Session at each conference.

  • Student Scholarship – ability to present one student scholarship at the Awards Luncheon during the Spring Conference, including on-stage photo with the selected student.

  • Strategic sponsor that is longest running with KASBO will sponsor the OSBO award

 

Diamond Sponsor—an undesignated cash payment directly to KASBO of $18,000—Sponsorship benefits are for a 12-month period, from July 1 to June 30l

  • Co-Host the President’s reception during Spring Conference with Sponsor-provided signage and includes time for 5-minute presentation
