Active Membership
  • Dues: $125 per year
  • Term: 12-month period (July 1 – June 30)
  • Members-only database access, including:
    • Prior conference recordings and/or documents
    • Best practice documents submitted by other districts
    • Handbook library (purchasing, AP, etc.)
    • Selected free trainings
    • Bid/RFP document library (e.g., banking services, audit)
    • Directory of member vendors
    • Online community conversations (Active Members only)
    • Discounted online trainings
    • Eight (8) active networking groups coordinated by a KASBO Director
Corporate / Vendor / Affiliate Membership
  • Dues: $500 per year
  • Access to membership directory
  • Corporate member list displayed on the website and available to Active Members
  • First offer of conference trade show registration
Life (revised May 2023)
  • All names on the Life Membership roster as of June 30, 2023, will be maintained. Life members receive conference discounts, priority registration, and maintain voting privileges.
  • Life Membership is no longer available for purchase as of June 30, 2023.
  • During the construction of the new website, member access will be granted to all Life/District members who held this status on June 30, 2023, and to those who attended the Spring or Fall 2023 conference. Free access to the members-only section expired June 30, 2024. Membership fees are required to maintain access.
  • Life membership status as of June 30, 2023, does not grant Active Member status after June 30, 2024. Life members will always receive a conference discount. To receive Active Member benefits, you must upgrade your membership to access members-only pages.
