Selected through KASBO’s established nomination and review process, the recipient represents the highest standards of professionalism and makes a meaningful impact on their school district, colleagues, and community.

The 2025-26 Outstanding School Business Official Award recipient is David Stokes. David has over 20 years of experience in school business.  He has been a great contributor to the KASBO Board and is past president.  He is also deeply involved with Southern Association of School Business Officials.
